TT’s Annual “Holiday Musical”

CASSIDY is a modern retelling of The Great Telluride Bank Robbery of 1889. The musical features a hybrid rock and hip hop score that brings together influences ranging from Willie Nelson to the Beastie Boys.

“We all know Telluride is a gem among mountain towns, partly because of the outlaw spirit that’s been here since the start. Telluride is hard to get to, it attracts lifelong adventurers, it has a lot of eclectic music history, and it is where Butch Cassidy robbed his first bank. I’m really trying to capture that outlaw spirit in this show.”
